Registered Nurse (RGN) | Night shifts, 36 hours per week | £21.50 per hour

What We’re Looking For
- NMC Pin and Registered Nurse (RGN) qualification – no newly qualified nurses for this role
- Strong clinical background with confidence in autonomous decision-making
- Previous experience working in a nursing home, elderly care setting, or similar environment
- Excellent communication skills and a supportive leadership approach
- Ability to remain calm, organised, and focused

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents throughout the night
- Lead, support, and guide care staff to maintain exceptional standards
- Complete accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Respond promptly to changes in residents’ health and escalate concerns appropriately
- Administer medications safely and in line with nursing home policies
- Provide compassionate, person-centred care tailored to individual needs
