They are now looking for an experienced and clinically qualified Nursing Home Manager to take overall responsibility for the clinical and operational leadership of the home - ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care are delivered in a safe, effective, and compassionate manner, in full compliance with CQC's fundamental standards of quality and safety.

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a current, valid NMC PIN - essential
  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager within a nursing home setting - essential
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards, regulations, and inspection processes
  • Demonstrated ability to lead clinically and operationally at the highest level
  • Excellent people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional, person-centred care to older adults
  • Sound financial and business management acumen

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking full clinical and operational responsibility for the day-to-day management of the nursing home
  • Ensuring the delivery of outstanding person-centred care across all areas of the home
  • Maintaining and building upon the home's Good CQC rating through rigorous compliance and continuous improvement
  • Leading, inspiring, and developing a dedicated nursing and care team
  • Overseeing clinical governance, safeguarding, risk management, and audit processes
  • Managing budgets, staffing, and resources effectively and sustainably
  • Building strong relationships with residents, families, commissioners, and healthcare professionals
  • Acting as the Registered Manager with CQC, taking accountability for all regulatory requirements
  • Driving a culture of compassion, dignity, and respect throughout the home
