This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join a beautifully designed luxury nursing home for older adults, with permanent day or night shifts available. What You'll Need
- Active NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.
- Previous experience working within a nursing home or older adult care environment.
- Strong clinical skills and confidence managing residents' individual nursing needs.
- Good knowledge of safeguarding, DoLS and person-centred care.
- Confidence with medication management, care planning and clinical documentation.
- Ability to recognise and respond appropriately to changes in residents' health.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A compassionate and professional approach to supporting older adults.

Your Role
- Deliver safe, effective and person-centred nursing care to residents.
- Administer and manage medication in accordance with NMC standards.
- Complete clinical assessments and maintain accurate care plans and records.
- Monitor residents' physical and emotional wellbeing and respond to changes in their condition.
- Support and guide care colleagues to maintain high standards throughout each shift.
- Promote residents' dignity, independence and individual choices.
- Build positive relationships with residents, relatives and external healthcare professionals.
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, infection control and clinical practice.
- Work collaboratively with the wider nursing and management team to ensure residents receive consistently high-quality care.
