Are you an experienced RGN or RMN with a strong background in nursing homes, ready to take on a Clinical Lead role? We’re recruiting for a position within a well-established care home rated Good by CQC, providing residential, nursing, and dementia care to older adults.
As Clinical Lead Nurse, you’ll support the day-to-day clinical running of the home, working closely with the management team while remaining visible on the floor. You’ll oversee care delivery, guide nursing staff, and ensure standards are consistently maintained across the service.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years’ senior-level experience within a nursing home. Applicants must hold a valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN). This position is not suitable for nurses without leadership or supervisory experience.
