Senior Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)

Salary: From £28,000 per year
Job Type: Full-Time, All Year Round

What We’re Looking For

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
  • Experience supporting or leading within a nursery room is desirable
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A positive, caring, and proactive approach
  • Passion for child-led learning and development

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Support the Room Leader and wider management team
  • Lead engaging and enriching activities that support children’s development
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Observe, assess, and monitor children’s progress
  • Help maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
  • Support and mentor junior staff members where required
  • Promote safeguarding, health, and safety procedures at all times
