What You’ll Need

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above)
• Proven experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager in a nursery setting
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Confident understanding of EYFS and safeguarding practices

• Lead daily nursery operations alongside the Nursery Manager
• Support and guide staff to maintain high standards of care and education
• Oversee planning and delivery of engaging, child-centred activities
