The nursery combines the EYFS with Montessori-inspired principles, balancing purposeful learning with independence and child-led exploration. As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll use this approach to create meaningful experiences around each child's interests, development and individual needs.
Please note: due to the nursery's village location, you will need your own transport to reliably travel to and from the setting.
What We’re Looking For
- A full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience within a nursery or Early Years setting
- Good understanding of the EYFS and child development
- An interest in Montessori principles and child-led learning
- Confidence encouraging children's independence, curiosity and decision-making
- A warm, patient and nurturing approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
- Own transport due to the nursery's location
