What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience working within an early years or nursery setting.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Confident in safeguarding, behaviour management, and child development practices.
- Warm, positive communicator with a genuine passion for supporting young learners.
- Ability to work full-time, all year round.

Key Responsibilities
- Support children’s learning and development through engaging, age-appropriate activities.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families.
- Maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment indoors and outdoors.
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress in line with EYFS guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with your team to deliver outstanding childcare and education.
- Contribute to planning, creative play setups, and daily routines.
