Our client is a leading provider of specialist care for adults with brain injuries and complex needs, operating multiple CQC-registered services across the South of England. They are looking for an experienced Peripatetic Home Manager to provide operational leadership across a portfolio of specialist supported living services and care homes in the region.

This is a senior health and social care management role offering a salary of up to £54,000 per year, with genuine scope to shape and develop high-quality services. Regular travel across the South of England is required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Valid UK NMC Pin and active nursing qualification
  • Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience managing CQC-registered services, supported living, or specialist care homes
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to person-centred care for adults with complex needs and brain injuries
  • Sound knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and best practice
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across the South of England
