Our client is seeking a compassionate, confident, and committed Deputy Home Manager to support the running of a vibrant residential care home for people with learning disabilities. The service provides personalised care within a homely and stimulating setting, with excellent leisure and therapy facilities to promote wellbeing and independence. The Deputy Home Manager will play a key role in supporting the team and ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
This full-time role is 40 hours per week, primarily worked between 9:00am and 5:00pm, but flexibility is required to meet the needs of the service and residents.

- Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification (or above)
- Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities in a residential or supported living setting
- Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding procedures

- Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the service
- Lead, coach, and support a dedicated care team to deliver outstanding, person-centred support
- Promote a positive, engaging, and therapeutic environment
- Ensure care plans and risk assessments are up to date and in line with CQC standards
- Champion safeguarding, dignity, and residents' rights at all times
- Assist with rota planning, staff supervision, and team development
