Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Β£31,300 per annum | 40 Hours Per Week

We're recruiting for a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to become part of a highly regarded Outstanding Ofsted-rated nursery.

Housed within a charming converted property, the nursery provides a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can flourish. What We're Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A nurturing and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing
  • Plan and participate in engaging activities that promote curiosity and confidence
  • Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
  • Support children to achieve positive developmental outcomes
  • Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
