Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Β£31,300 per annum | 40 Hours Per Week
We're recruiting for a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to become part of a highly regarded Outstanding Ofsted-rated nursery.

What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A nurturing and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing
- Plan and participate in engaging activities that promote curiosity and confidence
- Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
- Support children to achieve positive developmental outcomes
- Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
