Registered Home Manager
£60,000 per annum | NMC Registered Nurse Required

What We're Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Registered Home Manager
- Previous experience managing larger care or nursing homes
- Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards
- Proven track record of achieving and maintaining Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Experience managing budgets, occupancy, and operational performance
- Ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, professionals, and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of the home
- Ensure the highest standards of care, safety, and resident wellbeing
- Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation
- Drive quality improvements and continuous service development
- Lead, motivate, and develop nursing, care, and management teams
- Manage occupancy, budgets, staffing, and overall home performance
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders
- Support recruitment, retention, and staff development initiatives
- Promote a culture of person-centred care and continuous improvement
