At our client's Good CQC-rated nursing home, every decision is made with the resident in mind. Specialising in Residential, Nursing, and Dementia Care, this is a home where person-centred care is the standard every member of the team is held to. They are now looking for a passionate and clinically strong Senior Nurse to join their day team and help uphold that standard every single shift.
What Our Client Is Looking For:
- Current, unrestricted NMC registration - RGN essential
- Proven experience within a nursing home setting
- Clinically confident with strong assessment and decision-making skills
- A compassionate, resident-first approach with excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering and overseeing high-quality, person-centred nursing care across residential, nursing, and dementia care
- Acting as a senior clinical presence on shift, supporting and guiding the nursing and care team
- Conducting and reviewing care assessments and care plans, ensuring they reflect each resident's individual needs
- Administering medications safely and accurately in line with NMC guidelines
- Working collaboratively with GPs, allied health professionals, residents, and families to ensure holistic care
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and records throughout each shift
- Contributing to the home's continued CQC compliance and quality improvement
All appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references, and right-to-work verification.
