Key Responsibilities
- Leading on the planning and delivery of high-quality early years education across the setting
- Using your QTS or EYPS qualification to drive outstanding practice, raising standards across the team
- Delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences across large, bright, purpose-built rooms
- Conducting observations, assessments, and progress tracking in line with EYFS and school readiness goals
- Mentoring and supporting practitioners, acting as a pedagogical lead within the setting
- Building strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and the wider team
- Contributing to the nursery's continued Good Ofsted standard and quality improvement
