Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)
£28,000–£32,000 per year | 42.5 Hours per Week

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you'll join a supportive team that's passionate about creating inspiring experiences and giving every child the very best start in life.
What We're Looking For
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working within an early years setting.
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
- A warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development through play.

Your Role
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
- Plan and provide engaging play-based activities that support every child's individual development.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress to support their learning journeys.
- Make full use of the nursery's bright learning environments, soft play area, and extensive outdoor spaces to create exciting learning opportunities.
- Support children as they develop confidence, independence, and key life skills.
- Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment at all times.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies.
