Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
£29,900 per annum | 40 Hours per Week | Good Ofsted Rating

What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A nurturing and child-centred approach

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Plan and support engaging indoor and outdoor learning experiences
- Encourage children's confidence, curiosity, and independence
- Make full use of the nursery's outdoor spaces, including the forest area, mud kitchen, and sandpit
- Observe, assess, and monitor children's development and progress
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
