An experienced Nursery Manager is sought to lead a warm and welcoming nursery with a true home-from-home feel. The setting offers a nurturing environment where children are supported to build confidence and independence from an early age.

What Our Client Is Looking For:

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification or above – essential
  • Proven experience as a Nursery Manager – essential
  • Experience achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
  • A confident and inspiring leader with a passion for high-quality early years care
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive approach to team development and continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education
  • Maintaining and improving Ofsted standards, with a focus on achieving Outstanding outcomes
  • Overseeing the delivery of the EYFS framework across all age groups
  • Ensuring safeguarding and compliance are consistently met
  • Leading, motivating, and developing a strong and supportive team
  • Building positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community
  • Managing occupancy, staffing, and overall nursery performance
