Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to the nursery team and set a positive, inclusive culture that prioritises high standards of care and education.
- Ensure delivery of an engaging, child-led curriculum that supports learning through play.
- Monitor quality and compliance, safeguarding, and health and safety across the setting.
- Lead staff development, performance management, and effective collaboration with parents and external partners.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Nursery Manager or equivalent leadership role in early years settings.
- Strong understanding of early years foundations, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements.
