Responsibilities
As a Level 3 Room Leader, you'll take the lead in making these experiences meaningful.
You'll create an environment where children feel secure enough to be curious, confident enough to try new things, and supported to develop at their own pace.
Alongside leading the day-to-day running of your room, you'll guide and motivate your team, sharing ideas and encouraging high-quality practice.

Qualifications
Level 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification (as a Room Leader) or equivalent experience in a supervisory early years role.
