This is an excellent opportunity to join a well‑established care provider and lead a medium‑sized nursing home that is dedicated to delivering exceptional care for older adults.

This service is looking for a confident and experienced Nursing Home Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day running of a home providing general nursing and dementia care.

The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN) with previous nursing home management experience, although experienced managers holding a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care will also be considered.

Previous experience managing a nursing home is essential.

Recently refurbished, the home has been thoughtfully redesigned to enhance residents' comfort, independence, and quality of life.

Bright, airy living spaces create a welcoming atmosphere, while beautifully maintained gardens provide peaceful outdoor areas where residents can relax, socialise, and enjoy meaningful activities.
