Why this role is worth considering
Willing Care is a fast-growing recruitment business working across healthcare, social care, and early years. We’re big on straight-talking, high standards, and doing things properly - no fluff, no “tick-box” service. You’ll be supported with training and development, and you’ll be part of a team that moves with purpose.
What you’ll do
- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective clients: check-ins, updates, relationship building
- Book meetings and follow-ups for the wider team, keeping the diary tight and productive
- Gather and qualify vacancy information (role needs, shift patterns, timelines, must-haves) and pass it on clearly
- Keep our CRM and records updated and accurate (notes, actions, next steps)
- Handle incoming enquiries and route them quickly—no one gets left hanging
- Support the recruitment team with client communication and general coordination
- Help maintain professional standards in how we present, follow up, and deliver—this is the “Willing Care standard”
What we’re looking for
- Confident speaking to people on the phone (you don’t need a script to be yourself)
- Strong organisation: you’ll juggle calls, tasks, and follow-ups without dropping the ball
- Clear communication - friendly, professional, and direct
- Comfortable working to daily activity expectations (this is an engagement role, not a “quiet admin” role)
- Experience in customer service, scheduling, sales support, recruitment support, or office coordination is useful - but attitude matters most
