We are recruiting for a Level 2 Nursery Practitioner to join a well-regarded early years setting in Ealing. This is a great opportunity for an early years professional to join a nursery that combines a warm, home-from-home environment with a strong focus on quality care, play-based learning and child development. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing while working as part of a friendly and caring team. Key responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
- Create a safe, warm and stimulating environment for children
- Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing through engaging activities
- Complete observations and contribute to planning and next steps
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers and colleagues
- Promote safeguarding, health and safety, and best practice across the setting
- Work collaboratively as part of the wider nursery team
- Full and relevant Level 2 Early Years qualification
- Good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
