Are you an experienced RGN or RMN with a strong background in nursing homes, ready to take on a Clinical Lead role?
We’re recruiting for a position within a well-established care home rated Good by CQC, providing residential, nursing, and dementia care to older adults.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day clinical running of the home, working closely with the management team and remaining visible on the floor.
- Oversee care delivery and guide nursing staff to ensure high standards of care across the service.
- Ensure standards are consistently maintained across the service.
Qualifications and requirements
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council as an RGN or RMN.
- Experience in nursing homes with a strong clinical background.
- Ability to work 36 hours per week with alternate weekends.
- Experience in leading and developing a care team and maintaining CQC standards.
