Room Leader – Level 3
£30,500 per year | 40 Hours per Week
This is an opportunity to take ownership of your room while staying closely involved in the part of Early Years that matters most – creating meaningful experiences for children.
You’ll be joining an established nursery where play-based learning, strong relationships and children’s individual development shape everyday practice. The setting’s curriculum and pedagogy are designed to recognise that learning doesn’t only happen during planned activities – it happens through conversations, routines, exploration and those spontaneous moments of curiosity throughout the day.
As Room Leader, you’ll set the standard within your room, supporting practitioners to deliver consistently high-quality care while creating an environment where children feel secure, confident and excited to learn.
