As Toddler Room Leader, you will take responsibility for leading the room on a day-to-day basis, ensuring a consistent, high standard of care and education. You will guide your team in delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities while maintaining a calm, supportive and well-organised environment where toddlers can thrive and develop at their own pace.
