Deputy Nursery Manager
£33,000 per year | Level 3 | 40 Hours per Week
We are looking for an experienced Level 3 Deputy Nursery Manager to join our client’s nursery and work alongside the Nursery Manager in leading a dedicated and passionate team.
Designed with children in mind, the nursery offers bright, airy rooms that provide plenty of space for children to learn, play, and grow, alongside a large outdoor garden and play area where children can explore and develop their confidence through play.
Each room has been carefully furnished with age-appropriate toys, resources, and learning materials, creating engaging environments that support every stage of children\'s development while delivering the highest standards of care and education.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day running of the nursery and assist the Nursery Manager in leading the team.
- Mentor and develop staff to deliver high-quality early years care and education.
- Ensure every child receives an exceptional early years experience.
Qualifications
- Level 3 in Early Years or Childcare (or equivalent).
- Experience in a leadership role within a nursery or similar setting.
