Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Deputy Nursery Manager to support the leadership of a warm and welcoming early years setting. This nursery is passionate about delivering high-quality childcare and education in a nurturing, safe, and inclusive environment where every child can flourish.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Third In Charge ready to take the next step, or an established Deputy Nursery Manager seeking a new challenge within a supportive and professional team.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) – essential.
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and childcare regulations.
- Proven experience working in an early years setting, within a leadership role – Room Leader, Deputy Nursery Manager or equivalent.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in partnership with children, parents, and staff.
- Passion for creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating early years environment.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards, policies, and regulations.
