Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Deputy Nursery Manager to support the leadership of a warm and welcoming early years setting. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Third In Charge ready to take the next step, or an established Deputy Nursery Manager seeking a new challenge within a supportive and professional team.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) – essential.
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and childcare regulations.
- Proven experience working in an early years setting, within a leadership role – Room Leader, Deputy Nursery Manager or equivalent.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in partnership with children, parents, and staff.
- Passion for creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating early years environment.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards, policies, and regulations.
- Lead by example to maintain a high standard of care and education across all age groups.
- Mentor, supervise, and inspire a team of early years practitioners, encouraging professional growth and teamwork.
