What You\’ll Need

Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)

Recent experience as a Room Leader, Senior Practitioner, or similar role in an early years setting

Sound understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding responsibilities

Ability to manage daily routines and support staff consistently and calmly

What You\’ll Do

Lead the day-to-day running of your room, supporting staff and maintaining routines

Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS

Observe, record, and support children\’s development and next steps

Maintain safeguarding, health, and safety standards throughout the room

Support and mentor practitioners to ensure consistent, high-quality practice
