Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering high-quality, nurturing care and early years education for children aged 2–3 years
  • Creating a safe, stimulating environment within the dedicated room that supports this age group's unique developmental needs
  • Planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS
  • Making full use of the nursery's large garden to enrich children's daily outdoor experiences
  • Observing and documenting children's development and progress, sharing updates meaningfully with families
  • Building warm, consistent key person relationships with children and their families
  • Contributing positively to the team and upholding the nursery's Ofsted Outstanding standards
