Do you believe some of the best learning happens outdoors?

Join our client’s award-winning, Good Ofsted-rated nursery, where nature plays a central role in children’s everyday learning. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a setting that combines exceptional early years education with inspiring outdoor experiences.

The nursery offers a truly unique environment, featuring natural woodland, dedicated allotment areas, and secure outdoor spaces that are directly accessible from every room. Children are encouraged to learn through hands-on experiences, whether they’re planting vegetables, investigating wildlife, developing physical skills, or engaging in imaginative outdoor play.

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you’ll help deliver engaging, child-led experiences that nurture curiosity, independence, and creativity while supporting every stage of children’s development.
