Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Room Leader with the day-to-day running of the toddler room
  • Helping to deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS
  • Creating engaging learning experiences that support children's development
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Supporting observations, assessments, and learning records
  • Acting as a role model for best practice within the room
  • Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety standards are consistently maintained
