We are looking for a nurse-qualified Nursing Home Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing nursing homes, maintaining compliance, and leading teams to deliver outstanding standards of care. You'll understand the importance of balancing the operational, commercial, and clinical aspects of running a successful service while ensuring residents remain at the heart of every decision.
What We’re Looking For
- Current NMC registration with no restrictions
- Previous experience as a Nursing Home Manager – essential
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, clinical governance, and safeguarding
- Experience leading nursing and care teams within a residential care environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A passion for delivering outstanding care and achieving positive outcomes for residents

Key Responsibilities
- Leading the day-to-day operations of the nursing home
- Ensuring the delivery of exceptional nursing, dementia, and residential care
- Maintaining compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
- Managing and developing multidisciplinary teams to achieve high performance
- Overseeing clinical governance, safeguarding, and quality assurance processes
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders
- Driving continuous improvement and maintaining the home's strong reputation
