Previous management experience within children's residential services , supported living , or supported accommodation .
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services .
- Strong knowledge of children's safeguarding legislation, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience working closely with local authorities , commissioning teams, and referral pathways.
- Experience developing positive relationships with multi-agency professionals and external stakeholders.
- Strong operational leadership, organisational, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.

- Lead the day-to-day management and ongoing development of the children's supported living service.
