What You’ll Need:

  • Level 5 in Health and Social Care
  • Minimum 4 years’ management experience within care, ideally complex care
  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a supported living or similar setting
  • Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations, audits, and compliance
  • Confident leadership style with the ability to challenge and influence

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee care planning and ensure safe, effective delivery across the service
  • Manage risk, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance in line with CQC standards
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready records and lead internal audits
  • Control and monitor service budgets and operational performance
  • Lead, develop, and hold staff accountable for standards and outcomes
  • Contribute to business development and challenge senior stakeholders where required
