Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering warm, high-quality care and early years education within your designated room
  • Making full use of the nursery's beautiful outdoor garden to enrich children's daily learning experiences
  • Planning and implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate activities in line with EYFS
  • Observing and documenting children's progress, sharing updates meaningfully with families
  • Building secure, nurturing relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Maintaining a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment at all times
  • Contributing positively to the team and upholding the nursery's Good Ofsted standards
