This Good Ofsted-rated, purpose-built nursery is on the lookout for an energetic and inspiring Level 3 Room Leader to guide a passionate team.

With bright, open spaces and incredible outdoor areas, children are free to roam, explore, and follow their interests thanks to seamless free-flow access between indoors and outdoors.

Outside is where the adventures begin - whether it's digging into the vegetable patch to grow their own tasty treats or whipping up imaginative creations in the mud kitchen, children are encouraged to get stuck in, think creatively, and learn through play.

As Room Leader, you'll be right at the heart of it all - leading your team, inspiring young minds, and helping create unforgettable early years experiences in a warm, supportive, and fun-filled environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Full and relevant
  • Level 3 Early Years qualification

(or equivalent).

  • Previous experience within an early years setting.
  • Experience as a
  • Room Leader ,
  • Deputy Room Leader , or an experienced

Senior Nursery Practitioner ready to take the next step.

  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A passion for creating engaging learning experiences both indoors and outdoors.
  • A positive, supportive approach to leading and developing a team.

Your Role

  • Lead the day-to-day running of your room, ensuring high standards of care and education.
  • Inspire, support, and mentor your team, promoting exceptional early years practice.
  • Plan exciting learning experiences that encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence.
  • Make the most of the nursery's outstanding outdoor spaces, including the vegetable patch, mud kitchen, and free-flow learning environments.
  • Build positive relationships with children and their families, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
  • Monitor children's progress through observations and assessments, ensuring every child is supported to reach their full potential.
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where children can confidently explore and learn.
  • Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies are consistently followed.
