It’s a full-time, all year round position suited to an experienced Level 3 qualified Deputy Nursery Manager who is confident supporting the day-to‑day running of a nursery and maintaining high standards of care, compliance, and team performance.

What you’ll need
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Proven experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager or in a senior nursery role
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and nursery operations
- Ability to lead a team and make confident operational decisions
What you’ll do
- Support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Lead and supervise staff to maintain high standards of care and practice
- Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and regulatory requirementsOversee planning and delivery of activities that support child development
- Build strong working relationships with parents and carers
- Monitor staff performance and contribute to training and development
