They are now looking for an experienced Charge Nurse to provide strong clinical leadership and support the continued delivery of exceptional care.

- A minimum of three years’ experience in a senior nursing position , such as
Charge Nurse, Clinical Lead, or Deputy Manager .
- Previous experience within a nursing home or hospital setting .
- Strong clinical knowledge and excellent understanding of clinical governance and regulatory requirements.
- Confident leading, mentoring, and supporting multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding, person-centred care.
Your Role
- Lead the clinical team, ensuring safe, effective, and high-quality nursing care is delivered at all times.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to nurses and care staff, promoting best practice throughout the service.
- Oversee clinical assessments, care planning, medication management, and risk assessments.
- Support residents requiring both long-term nursing care and post-surgical rehabilitation.
- Monitor clinical performance and contribute to audits, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, GPs, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with NMC standards and CQC regulations.
- Promote a culture of compassion, professionalism, and continuous improvement across the service.
