What We're Looking For
- Genuine passion for working with children
- Positive, caring, and enthusiastic attitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and complete an Early Years qualification
- Reliable and committed approach to work
- Understanding of the importance of safeguarding and child wellbeing
- Previous childcare experience is beneficial but not essential

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing
- Assisting with age‑appropriate activities and play experiences
- Helping to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleaguesSupporting daily routines including mealtimes, play, and learning activities
- Observing children's development and assisting with learning records
- Following safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery procedures
