Key Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day management and operational running of the domiciliary care branch
  • Drive the growth and development of the service, identifying opportunities to expand and improve
  • Ensure the branch consistently meets and exceeds CQC standards and all relevant regulatory requirements
  • Lead, support and develop a team of care coordinators and field‑based care staff
