Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day management and operational running of the domiciliary care branch
- Drive the growth and development of the service, identifying opportunities to expand and improve
- Ensure the branch consistently meets and exceeds CQC standards and all relevant regulatory requirements
- Lead, support and develop a team of care coordinators and field‑based care staff
- Monitor and maintain the quality of care delivered to clients in their own homes
- Manage staff recruitment, induction, supervision and performance effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, referral partners and commissioners
- Manage budgets and branch performance in line with business targets
