- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
- Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager within a nursing home setting
- Proven track record of achieving and maintaining CQC compliance

- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and regulatory bodies
