We are looking for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join its friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a nurturing environment where children are encouraged to learn, play, and develop confidence through meaningful, child‑led experiences.

What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, enthusiastic, and child‑centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Plan and participate in engaging activities that support children’s learning and development
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
- Observe, assess, and monitor children’s progress
- Support children’s emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development
- Make full use of indoor and outdoor learning environments to enrich children’s experiences
- Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
