As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to lead the team, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure consistently high standards of care.

Before You Apply
We are ideally looking for candidates who hold a qualification in Children’s Residential Care. However, we will also consider applicants with a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care who have significant senior experience at Deputy Home Manager level or above within learning disabilities, mental health, or children’s residential services.
