Nursery Room Leader | Up to £29,500 | 40 Hours per Week

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for managing the day‑to‑day running of one of the nursery rooms, ensuring a high standard of care and education for the children in your care. You’ll inspire and guide a small team, creating a warm, inclusive atmosphere where curiosity, development, and wellbeing are at the heart of everything you do.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 or higher qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting, ideally with some supervisory or leadership responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS framework.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for early years care and education.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain).
- Paediatric First Aid qualification (or willingness to complete training).

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
- Plan, deliver, and reflect on age‑appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

- Model best practice and provide day‑to‑day support, guidance, and supervision to team members.
