Nursery Manager

This is an opportunity for an experienced Nursery Manager who knows how to turn strong foundations into even stronger outcomes.
Currently rated Good by Ofsted, this spacious and well-equipped nursery has been thoughtfully designed to encourage children to explore, question and learn through meaningful experiences. From carefully planned indoor environments to a wonderful garden dedicated to outdoor learning, every part of the setting provides opportunities to inspire curiosity, independence and confidence.
The nursery is now looking for an established Nursery Manager with a proven track record of successful leadership and strong Ofsted outcomes. You'll have the autonomy to lead your team, drive quality and build on the nursery's existing success while ensuring children and families continue to receive an exceptional experience.
What We're Looking For
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above .
- Previous Nursery Manager experience is essential.
- A strong track record of achieving and maintaining positive Ofsted outcomes .
- Excellent understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience leading, motivating and developing nursery teams.
- Strong knowledge of quality improvement and the ability to identify and implement improvements across the setting.
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of staffing, occupancy and nursery performance.
- Excellent communication, organisation and decision-making skills.
- A confident, visible leadership style with the ability to create a positive and accountable team culture.

Your Role
- Take overall responsibility for the successful day-to-day operation of the nursery.
- Lead, inspire and develop the nursery team, ensuring consistently high standards of practice.
- Build on the nursery's Good Ofsted rating and drive continuous improvements across the setting.
- Ensure excellent standards of safeguarding, care and early years education are maintained.
- Monitor the quality of teaching and learning, providing coaching and support where required.
- Oversee staffing, occupancy and operational performance.
