We’re looking for a caring and enthusiasticLevel 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a warm and welcoming team. Designed with children's development at its heart, the nursery features separate, age-appropriate rooms, allowing every child to learn, play, and explore in an environment tailored to their individual stage of development.
Learning extends far beyond the classroom. Children enjoy soft play areas that encourage movement and confidence, as well as spacious gardens designed for every age group. From building castles in the sandpit to creating imaginative recipes in the mud kitchen, outdoor play is an important part of everyday life, helping children develop creativity, resilience, and a love of exploration.
As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll help create these memorable experiences while supporting children's learning, wellbeing, and development in a nurturing and inspiring environment.
What We're Looking For
- Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working within an early years setting.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A caring, positive, and enthusiastic approach to early years education.

Your Role
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
- Plan engaging, play-based activities that support children's learning and development.
- Encourage children's confidence, independence, and curiosity through both indoor and outdoor experiences.
- Make full use of the nursery's age-specific learning environments, gardens, sandpits, and mud kitchens to create exciting opportunities for exploration.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress, supporting their individual learning journeys.li>
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
