As Clinical Lead Nurse, you will take a visible role within this nursing home, working hands-on with residents while providing clear clinical guidance and leadership to the wider team. The service supports a small number of adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, with a strong focus on safe, high-quality care.

What You’ll Need
- Registered Nurse (RNLD preferred; RMN or RGN considered with relevant experience)
- Active NMC registration
- Strong clinical assessment skills and confident decision-making
- Experience providing clinical leadership or senior nursing support
- Desirable: Previous Clinical Lead, Senior Nurse, or Deputy experience
- Additional training in complex care, behaviour support, or safeguarding
- Proven experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs
What You’ll Do
- Provide clinical leadership, governance, and oversight across the service
- Maintain responsibility for complex assessments, care planning, and risk management
- Lead on clinical quality, compliance, and best practice standards
- Support and develop nursing and care staff through coaching and supervision
- Work closely with MDT partners, families, and external professionals
- Contribute to service development and organisational clinical strategy
