Set in a charming building with a large outdoor garden, a playground and regular forest school sessions, our client's Good Ofsted-rated nursery is a setting where children can grow and learn. This is a place where the environment inspires curiosity, the outdoors is central to daily life, and every child is given the space and support to thrive at their own pace. They are now looking for a dedicated and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their warm team and play a meaningful role in every child's early years journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering warm, high-quality care and early years education within your designated room
  • Supporting and participating in regular forest school sessions, embracing the nursery's outdoor ethos
  • Making full use of the large outdoor garden and playground to enrich children's daily experiences
  • Planning and implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate activities in line with EYFS
  • Observing and documenting children's progress, sharing updates meaningfully with families
  • Building secure, nurturing relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contributing positively to the team and upholding the nursery's Good Ofsted standards
