Are you an experienced, NMC-registered nurse with a passion for delivering outstanding clinical care? We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse to join our client's team at their luxury private nursing home. As Clinical Lead Nurse, you will play an important role in maintaining the highest standards of care for the residents, supporting and mentoring the nursing and care teams, and working closely with senior management to drive continuous improvement across the home.
