Key Responsibilities
- Leading the day-to-day running of your room with warmth, confidence, and consistency
- Creating a cosy, stimulating environment that reflects the nursery's home-from-home ethos
- Planning and delivering creative, engaging activities in line with EYFS
- Making the most of the fun outdoor area, encouraging children to explore, adventure, and play freely
